Vinification of Vinho Verde Casal Garcia Branco: from selected producers in the Vinho Verde Region, the best grapes from the main grape varieties of the Region are brought to the Aveleda winemaking center. The grapes are carefully vinified by pressing at low pressure, which is followed by alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures. When bottling, the wine is previously filtered and stabilized by the action of cold.
