Cachaca is Brazilian Sugar cane spirit which can either be double distilled in pot stills, or distilled in continuous stills. This makes it in our books, essentially Rhum Agricole (sugar cane rum), and this is why it's in our rum section. Very good in a Caiparinha cocktail.
